Renovation of a mixed-use development in Belton, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

Award: Bell Contractor's Inc for $857,676.93 The City of Belton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, as the best interest of the City may require, and to waive any informality in bids received. The work will be at multiple sites including Belton City Hall, Belton Water Barn, Loop 121 Pump Station, Business Park Lift Station, Expo Lift Station, and Leon Valley Lift Station. Each site shall include a new generator, automatic transfer switch and switch rack, concrete pads, and associated electrical and mechanical work to accommodate the new work. Question Deadline 02/22/2024 at 12:00 PM CT All questions and inquiries about the project should be directed to Joseph Kotrla, P.E Questions after that time and date will not be addressed and the Engineer and/or Owner shall not be bound by any references or dates obtained by the Bidders unless an official addendum is produced and released by McCreary & Associates, Inc.
