Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Centreville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the construction of a new ozone biofiltration treatment system at the Millard H. Robbins Jr. Regional Water Reclamation Plant (RWRP) at 14631 Compton Road, Centreville, Virginia 20121-2506. The Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition of existing facilities at the filter building L/2, construction of a new ozone generation facility, new liquid oxygen storage facilities, an ozone contactor at building L/2, improvements to the intermediate pump station, electrical/controls, and sitework/restoration in accordance with the Contract Documents. Notice to proceed To be issued within 21 days of Contract execution Substantial Completion Required within 1096 calendar days of the date of the Notice to Proceed
