The County will accept an ''or equal to'' product as long as the product meets the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (FDACS) definition of larvicide. Altosid XR 150-day tablets (1 Case of 220 tablets) = 30 cases total Natular XRT 180-day tablets (1 Case of 220 tablets) = 30 cases total The quantities listed are approximate and represent the estimated requirements for a 12-month period. There is no obligation on the part of the County to purchase any part or all of the quantities listed. The County reserves the right to purchase more than or less than the quantities listed, depending upon actual requirements, during the life of the agreement. TERM: Contract shall begin when all parties have signed and continue for three (3) years and may be renewed for an additional two (2) one (1) year periods upon agreement in writing by both. During the term of this contract, Contractor may submit an updated Pricing List under the same terms and conditions herein every sixty (60) days. The Public Works Department Director has the right to review and approve all pricing updates. Question Deadline 01/31/2024 at 3:00 PM CT
