Roadway Improvements all work required for the work required in reconstructing the existing City street intersection of Harding Street and 2nd Avenue for the purpose alleviating existing drainage issues in accordance with bid documents, specifications, and all other contract documents. This project will be bid on a unit sum basis for all specified work and will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest total base bid.
