Georgia State University (GSU), a representative of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing Design-Build services for the project known as Piedmont North Building (A) Elevators #3 and #4 Upgrades, This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify potential providers of the above-mentioned services. Some firms that respond to this RFQ, who are determined by GSU to be especially qualified, may be deemed eligible and may be invited to interview and offer proposals for these services. -Upgrading system controllers and interior cab of elevators. The scope of work for the project will include the following upgrades to elevator operating systems and interiors but shall not be limited to: 1: Replace elevator controllers with Galaxy or MCE controllers 2: Replace door operators 3: Upgrade elevator interior cab wall panels, ceiling and flooring. 4: Call station notifications upgrades 5: Lift Net Controller 6: Video Camera - Raft System 7: Mini-Split AC System The project site is located at Atlanta Campus: Piedmont North Residential Housing 175 Piedmont Ave., Atlanta, GA 30303 ROJECT BUDGET - The Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) for the project will be $600,000.00 GSU reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at its discretion. The Design-Build services are anticipated to commence by April 1, 2024. Project completion is due by October 30, 2024. .
