The University of New Mexico Hospital (UNMH) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide services required to fulfill the scope of work for UNMH On-Call LEED Consulting services, referred herein, as "Consultant." Any contract issued as a result of this RFP will be in effect for a period of three (3) years from date of award. It is emphasized that regardless of termination date, any unfinished project will be carried to completion by the same contract LEED consultant, but without unduly prolonging the process. Projects involving multiple phases will be reviewed on a case by case basis. The following LEED Rating Systems may be incorporated as part of this RFP that may be utilized by individual projects as required UNMH reserves the right to make multiple awards if deemed in the best interest of UNMH to ensure adequate and timely service contained within this RFP. UNMH may award multiple projects to a single firm or individual projects to multiple firms as deemed necessary. The selected consultants may be required to provide services, ON AN As-needed Basis, for all aspects of LEED consulting. Agreements will be designated as primary, secondary and tertiary based upon final ranking outcome of the proposals. UNMH reserves the right to request quotes for any identified scope of work regardless of primary, secondary, and tertiary designations to comply with procurement best practices in soliciting (3) quotes if deemed in the best interest of UNMH. Event Pre-bid description: Additional written and oral questions may be submitted at the conference. All questions will be addressed at the conference. A public log will be kept of the names ofpotential proposers that attended the pre-proposal conference. A guided site visit may be provided after the conference. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is Mandatory. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
