A single prime bid will be received for the work. Items and estimated quantities: 46 sq. yds. Low Spot Leveling 105 lin. ft. Surface Crack Filling 183 lin. ft. Manufactured Crack Repair 4 sets Permanent Posts 2,657 sq. yd. Resurfacer Coat & Color Coat 249 lin. ft. 6"H Chain Link Fence 130 lin. ft. 6"H x 8'W Double Swing Gate 208 lin. ft. 4"H Chain Link Fence Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. Bidders shall pre-qualify by submitting a Bidders Proof of Responsibility to the Owner five days prior to the Bid Deadline in accordance with Wis. Stat. 66.29(2). The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in any bid, and/or to accept a bid most advantageous to the City, without further explanation. Bid Documents may be examined at the Engineering Department, City of Marinette, 1905 Hall Avenue, Marinette, WI.
