STEEL REPLACEMENT BLADES Contractor shall assume full responsibility for damage to City property caused by Contractor's employees or equipment as determined by designated City personnel. Contractor shall be solely responsible for the safety of Contractor's employees and others relative to Contractor's work, work procedures, material, equipment, transportation, signage, and related activities and equipment.= Contractor shall possess and keep in force all licenses and permits required to perform services under this Agreement. Supply steel blades and cutting edges for snowplows, backhoes, and loaders on an "as needed" basis to the City's Fleet Management Division and the Department of Airport Bid award information will be posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place The right is reserved to reject all bids, to waive any informality or technicality or to accept bids deemed to be in the best interest of Salt Lake City Corporation. All questions requesting clarification or interpretation of any section or sections of this Request for Bid must be submitted online through the Q & A Board for this solicitation on the Utah Public Procurement Place website prior to 10:00 am, Thursday, February 8, 2024. Questions received after the date above may not be considered or receive a response. If questions prompt the need for changes to the Request for Bid, the City will issue a written addendum to the original Request for Bid.
