The City of Rowlett invites Proposals from qualified firms to provide interim golf course management & operation services for the Waterview Golf Course. The City of Rowlett owns the Waterview Golf Course (Course) which is more fully described in Exhibit 1 hereto. The Course has been operated by American Golf Corp. (AGC). The City is negotiating with the current golf course lessee, AGC. The City is seeking proposals for an interim substitute operator should those contract discussions prove unsuccessful. City of Rowlett reserves the right to reject any or all SOP or any part(s) thereof and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in the SOP received. The City of Rowlett will negotiate a single contract with the service provider that provides the best value and is best positioned to provide timely interim services to successfully step in and operate and maintain this important community asset. The City intends to utilize a competitive proposal process to select an operator or lessee for the Course within six (6) to twelve (12) months should interim services be engaged.
