Reference Number 0000340728 The Village of Orland Park ("Village") is requesting proposals for pavement markings on public roadways for the Department of Public Works using epoxy pavement marking. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to complete the project. ("Project"). The CONTRACTOR shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to complete the project. The intent of this project is to refresh deteriorated pavement markings on public roadways for the Department of Public Works. The Village is requesting epoxy pavement marking unit pricing for three (3) calendar years, in addition to the (2) optional renewal years which will be renewed at the Village's discretion. The Village has budgeted $75,000.00, in 2024, for epoxy pavement marking services. The funding for years of 2025 and 2026 are subject to Board of Trustees approval. Bid prices shall include all work as specified, along with the cost of any traffic control, informational signage, and pavement sweeping. Exact quantities will be determined at the time of construction. Changes in the contractual scope of work shall be preceded by a duly executed Change Order itemizing any change in the Contract sum or terms and conditions and, if required by the Village, approved by the Village Board of Trustees prior to acceptance of the Change Order.
