Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Board invites Submissions to this Request for Pre-qualification ("RFPQ") from interested Respondents with the intention to pre-qualify flooring contractors who are interested in providing services including but not limited to the removal and disposal of existing flooring, preparation of sub-floor surfaces, and the supply, installation and/or repair of commercial and facility floor covering (Services) to the Board for period of three (3) years. Opportunities will be offered for projects where the Goods and Services required have an estimated value of less than seventy-five thousand ($75,000.00) unless emergency priority dictates otherwise.
