Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Toms River, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work under this contract shall include site clearing, demolition and disposal of 90 LF timber bulkhead, chain link fence, vinyl fence, gravel surface, seven (7) trees, landscape tie border and utility pole border bulkhead and the construction of 90 LF of vinyl non-polluting bulkhead including all site restoration including gravel surface, vinyl fence, asphalt parking/driveway and landscape tie border. The bidding period shall be a minimum of ten (10) days. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. A Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Toms River Municipal Utilities Authority in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security, but not more than $20,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the amount of the total bid within ten (10) days from the date of written acceptance of his proposal. Certificates of Insurance will also be required. The Toms River Municipal Utilities Authority hereby reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof.
