Renovation of an educational facility in Brockville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of May 2, 2024 this project was awarded to 1000 Islands Mechanical Ltd./Seaway Construction Inc but the awarded amount is not avaialble The Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario invites tenders for the Mechanical Upgrades project and associated work at St. John Bosco CS in Brockville. The project consists of upgrading the existing hydronic system, new chemical pot feeder and mechanical filtration system will be required. The existing fluid cooler will be replaced and sized for a glycol-water mix suitable for winter conditions. A heat exchanger, pump and glycol feed will be required. Roof construction will also be completed during this time (Approximately 9,193 sq. ft.). This project is subject to funding. Questions and clarifications will only be received and answered via email. All questions or clarifications shall be submitted to dan.tackaberry@cdsbeo.on.ca no later than 12:00 p.m. Friday, February 23, 2024. Digital copies of the tender documents are available on the Biddingo website (https://r2cow.biddingo.com).
