Supply of Programmable Traffic Signal Heads as per the noted specifications to the City of Victoria. You are invited to submit an offer and delivery date for the supply of the following products as per the below noted specifications to the City of Victoria: 3 each of three section signal heads complete with standard 300mm (12") LED red and yellow displays and 300mm (12") programed visibility green ball indications, yellow aluminum backboards with yellow reflective border, 8" Visors for each display (red/yellow/green) 2 each of vertical Mast Arm mounting brackets with suitable Can-Brac mounting hardware 1 each of side of pole mounting bracket(s) with Pelco side of pole mount arms Proposed Programable Traffic Signal Heads 3 X three section signal heads complete with standard 300mm (12") LED red and yellow displays and 300mm (12") programed visibility green ball indications, yellow aluminum backboards, 2 X vertical Mast Arm mounting brackets with suitable Can-Brac mounting hardware, 1 X side of pole mounting bracket(s) with Pelco side of pole mount arms, and 3 X 8" tunnel visors (one for each red/yellow/green display). The programmed visibility green indications must provide minimum 30-degree vertical cone of viewable illumination and minimum 15-degree horizontal cone of viewable illumination. The programed visibility green indications must meet the guidance for Optically Programmed Signals set forth in the MUTCDC (June 2021). The programed visibility green indications must meet criteria for programmed visibility signal indications set forth in the State of California Standard Specification (2018).
