This competition is for the spreading of gravel from our stockpile to the roads in the RM. The RM of Fillmore No. 96 is accepting tenders on the following: 1. Spreading of the gravel from the stockpile located at LSD 4 Sec 2-11-11-2 to the roads located in the RM of Fillmore. The stockpile is fairly centralized within the municipality. 2. If the bidder has submitted a tender under the "Gravel Supply, Haul and Stockpile Tender" you may submit a price connected to the "Gravel Supply, haul and stockpile tender" All tenders will be opened and given fair consideration by Council. The Municipality reserves the right: to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and the lowest or any tender may not necessarily be awarded. to refuse to accept or to accept a tender based on passed experience; the lowest or any tender may not necessarily be awarded, and to accept any tender in which it may consider to be in the best interest of the municipality. Tenders shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of the tender opening. Tenders shall be adjudicated based on prior experiences; references may be required. The bid price will be full compensation of all incurred costs such as mobilization, supervision, labour, permits, materials, equipment, tools, PPE and any other item necessary to execute the agreement. The contractor will be required to comply with the timeline as outlined in the agreement. Project delays shall be communicated with the RM as soon as they are identified. The RM reserves the right to cancel or terminate the agreement in the event of unreasonable delays.
