Champfleury, Québec, QC, G1J 4N9 in the period from June 28 to August 16, 2024 All bids must be accompanied by a compliant bid bond representing 10% of the total bid amount excluding all applicable taxes, valid for a period of 45 days from the bid opening date, otherwise the bid will be automatically rejected. . This bid bond must be presented on the mandatory form ANNEX 4.01 A or ANNEX 4.01 B of the bid form . It must be exchanged upon signature of the contract, if necessary, for a performance bond and a bond for obligations for pledges, materials and service, always according to the mandatory forms in the annexes to the General Conditions . The amount of each of these latter guarantees will correspond to 50% of the contract price .
