The Joint Water Commission ("JWC") seeks written proposals from qualified and experienced electrical contractors to provide on-call electrical services. This RFP will become part of the final contract. The contract will be issued for a three (3) year period with the option to extend for an additional two (2) years, for a maximum five (5) year term. This RFP is intended to be a multiple award solicitation. The pricing proposed by the awarded contractor(s) shall not be increased during the first year (12 months) of the contract. Any price increases for subsequent years must be submitted in writing to the JWC no later than ninety (90) days prior to a change. Pre-Proposal Conference There will be no pre-proposal conference.
