Please provide a Cover Letter and completed Questionnaire (sent via email only) by the required deadline. Submittals shall be a single PDF file of no more than 35 pages and 20 MB maximum. Submittals shall be 8 1/2 x 11 format. File shall be named as follows: "USA JOCGeneral Works Pre-Qualification Questionnaire Packet firm name.pdf. (JOC)Job Order Contracting -A quantity type ofconstruction contract thatwill enable USA to accomplish construction projects utilizing pre-determined set pricingwith a contractor adjustment factor applied. Anticipatedthat approximately 30 projects per year will be executedranging in cost from $20,000 to $500,000 and average of$100,000 per project. TheDuration ofthe contractshall be for 1 year. There is no minimum or maximum dollar value set for any one task order. Self-PerformedWork is critical forthe JOCprogram to be successful. The contractorshould have the ability to self-perform work in the following divisions. Typical task orders will consist of renovating existing interior spaces. Div 2 - Existing Conditions Div 3 - Concrete Div 4 - Masonry Div 5 - Metals Div 6 - Wood, Plastics, Composites Div 7 - Thermal and Moisture Protection Div 8 - Openings Div 9 - Finishes. In accordance with Code ofAlabama, 39-2-2(a), prequalification is requiredforthis project.
