Main Street Buffalo, Missouri 65622 The Dallas County Health Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications from testing firms for Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections during construction of a new headquarters for the department. The project construction commencement is anticipated within the next three months, and construction completion is anticipated to be within the next 12 months. The project is approximately 6,700 SF new construction. It includes exam and consulting areas for screening and vaccination, as well as administrative offices and support spaces. It also includes a CMU hardened radio room. Construction generally includes load-bearing wood studs, pre-engineered wood trusses, masonry construction, and cast in place concrete. The health department reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications submittals and to waive any informality and irregularity in the qualifications and to select the firm that is in the best interest of the health department and in compliance with the terms set forth herein.
