Motorworld Stormwater Basin Retrofit Generally Consisting of the Retrofit of an Existing Stormwater Basin Into a Dry extended Detention Stormwater Basin in the City of Wilkes- Barre, Luzerne County, PA . Bids Shall Be Provided as Total Price. Each Bid, When Submitted, Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Security in an Amount Equal to 10% of Bidders Maximum Bid Price to Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders, and Include Forms, Qualification Statements, Affidavits and Certifications, as More Particularly Listed in the Bidding Documents. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for a Satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, Each in an Amount at Least Equal to the Contract Price. Bidder(S) Attention is Called to the Fact That Not Less Than the Minimum Wages and Salaries in Accordance With Provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and Contained in the Contract Documents, Must Be Paid Throughout the Duration of the Project.
