Renovation of a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Working plans call for the renovation of a 54,681-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.

A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” NNPH TB CLINIC PROJECT Construction of a new +/- 7,000 square foot single story office building structure on the existing West Hills Site located at 1240 E. Ninth St Reno, Nevada 89512. The building is planned to be constructed within the parking lot area of the existing West Hills site at the location shown. Utilities will be separate to this new building with the Owner coordinating all utility design and services along with the CMAR and Design team. WEST HILLS HOSPITAL REHABILITATION PROJECT Renovation of an existing single level behavioral health facility with a combination of inpatient and outpatient services. Primary areas of improvement are: HVAC equipment including central boiler and chiller replacement, along with new piping to connect to existing piping in the facility, upgraded VAV units as needed, updated electrical service with new switchgear, new generator with above ground diesel fuel tank, new lighting, repaint of interior and exterior, replacement of existing roofing and insulation, replacement, new door hardware, replacement of the existing fire alarm system, fire riser upgrades and communications infrastructure with Wi-Fi access point. Construction Manager at Risk for TB Clinic & West Hills Hospital Rehabilitation Projects. Estimated Budget: $7,500,000 (Construction cost). Preparation and submission of a Statement of Qualifications for a CMAR to be selected through a competitive selection process for the new TB Clinic Building and West Hills Hospital Rehabilitation Projects to include Pre-Construction services with BIM integration. An Addendum addressing each question and answer will be distributed and posted accordingly on or around [Friday February 2, 2024].
