Renovation of a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Working plans call for the renovation of a 54,681-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
Request for Prequalification Plenium Builders has been selected as the public Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Washoe County Behavioral Health Project. The submission of a materially incomplete or falsified application for qualification by an applicant and failure to disclose information required in the application may be grounds for the disqualification of the applicant. An Addendum addressing each question and answer will be distributed and posted accordingly on or around [Friday February 2, 2024]. Construction of a new +/- 7,000 square foot single story office building structure on the existing West Hills Site located at 1240 E. Ninth St Reno, Nevada 89512. The building is planned to be constructed within the parking lot area of the existing West Hills site at the location shown. Utilities will be separate to this new building with the Owner coordinating all utility design and services along with the CMAR and Design team.
