WEST HILLS HOSPITAL REHABILITATION PROJECT Renovation of an existing single level behavioral health facility with a combination of inpatient and outpatient services. Primary areas of improvement are: HVAC equipment including central boiler and chiller replacement, along with new piping to connect to existing piping in the facility, upgraded VAV units as needed, updated electrical service with new switchgear, new generator with above ground diesel fuel tank, new lighting, repaint of interior and exterior, replacement of existing roofing and insulation, replacement, new door hardware, replacement of the existing fire alarm system, fire riser upgrades and communications infrastructure with Wi-Fi access point.
