Renovation of an educational facility in Williamston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Award: Total Strength and Speed for 100,628.44 Weight Room Equipment and Flooring Anderson School District One is requesting proposals from qualified vendors that can provide new weight room equipment and weight room flooring for Palmetto High School Multi-Purpose facility located at 804 N Hamilton St. Williamston, SC 29697. The proposal should include the following: o All installation costs associated with equipment o All shipping/freight costs associated with equipment o All warranties and the length of warranties (in months) with equipment o Digital Layout of space including equipment o Custom Logo to be on weight benches, rack and arch; see attached picture for sample o Custom equipment with branding/school colors to include set-up and any related charges Additional Specifications: o Project is to be complete by or before May 20, 2024 o School colors are red and gray QUESTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY: 3/26/2024/10:00am Offerors should be able to remove existing turf of a 100' x 20' area. o Unitary Turf is not glued down but does have enviro sand infill, over approximately 1" of foam then approximately 4" of concrete. o New flooring is to be ECORE Performance UltraTile, or equivalent, in 1" x 24" x 24" tiles and should include all additional materials needed to complete installation, including but not limited to, Quad Block Connectors and Reducers. o A transition strip should be utilized between the existing turf and new flooring, to include a nailer board under the transition strip so the remaining turf may be nailed in place. o New flooring should be installed in order to be level with remaining turf. o Color options: Grey and Black. o Final color selections will be made with winning bidder and may not change the awarded contactors bid amount. o Removal of turf (dimensions as listed), freight and all installation costs should be included in offerors bid. o Flooring should have a minimum of 5 year (60 month) warranty. o Bidder should return warranty information with bid for review. o All construction material from turf removal is to be removed and hauled off by vendor. o Turf is to be rolled up and stored per on-site admin instructions for later use. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
