Contact: Joshua Nexsen Contact email: jnexsen@orbgdpu.com Contact phone: 803-268-4101 Following all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, safely: A.Clean parking areas by the removal of all loose stone, sand, leave, gravel, etc. from the driveways and parking areas located within fenced area (map provided). Vendor shall sweep, collect and remove all rocks, sand and accumulated debris from curbs and storm drain areas. Vendor may use any of the following methods to clean parking areas: 1.Push broom and pans 2.Blowers 3.Shovels 4.Street sweepers (if the machine has a DPU approved internal pan mechanism and will not throw rocks and debris) The total area of enclosed parking and driveway areas of the DPU Operations Center is +/- 15 acres. The DPU has a large parking area which located at its Operations Center which needs to be cleaned of debris (sand, rocks, leaves, and other loose debris, etc.) Requirements: Contractor must be licensed to perform work in Orangeburg, SC. Contractor must provide all supplies, equipment and labor to complete project. Must comply with all the DPU vendor requirements - contained in the attachment The RFP response form must be completed and returned to the DPU. Contractor must agree to the attached contract (sample provided). The DPU has provided a draft contract and map of the area in question. DPU requires a fixed price quote for this job. Quote must be valid for 90 days. This form must be completed and returned to be considered a valid response.
