Scope Includes but is not limited to the following: renovations to the Manor New Tech Middle School, three stories, 6,000 square foot remodel. The base design will include enclosing existing open classroom space into enclosed classrooms. Also included is the addition of storefront systems between existing open classrooms and hallways. The project is located near the intersection of Joyce Turner Road and Old Hwy 20 in Manor, Texas, as more fully shown in the Contract Documents prepared by Stantec Architecture, Inc., which are included as part of this RFP. A bid bond must accompany each proposal in accordance with the CSP bid package and the Contract Documents. Statutory Bonds for performance of the contract and for payment of mechanics and for materials will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the amount of the Contract Sum contracted for as required by Chapter 2253 of the Texas Government Code.
