Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Skiatook, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 25,2024 has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project consists of constructing sports courts, restroom, shelter, trails, parking, grading, drainage, site amenities and surfacing. The project is funded by the Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant. The Sponsor hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to the Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, all ADA accessibility requirements, and the Buy America certification for all steel products. It is recommended that the Contractor use minority businesses for subcontractors and material suppliers whenever possible. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. . Deadline for questions and substitutes is NOON February 16th, 2024. No questions will be allowed after end of business day on February 16, 2024 All bids, which shall include the costsfor payment, performance and maintenance bonds when required, shall remain binding on the Contractor for a period of 60 days after the bid date and time. All bids timely received shall be considered by the City prior to a Contract being awarded. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened The Bidder shall honor the bid prices for a period of 60 days from the time the bids are opened. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to waive immaterial defects and irregularities or award the bid by item/schedule or all/none as it deems to be in the best interest of the City. The City may accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informality in bids received where such acceptance, rejections, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner. Bid security in the form of a cashiers check, a certified check, letter of credit, or a Surety Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid shall accompany the sealed Bid of each Bidder. Bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders. All bids shall be typewritten or in ink. The Successful Bidder shall deliver the executed Contract and Bonds together with the certificates of insurance, all as required in the Contract Documents, to the City no later than fifteen (15) calendar days following the Citys notification of its intent to award the Contract, unless that time is extended by the City. LandPlan Consultants, on behalf of the City, may issue addenda as may be necessary in the best interest of the public and the City. Addenda may amend the date and/or time for receipt of bids or any specification, item, document or requirement in the Contract Documents upon notice to all prospective Bidders who have purchased Contract Documents for this project. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible Bidder Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
