Unless stated otherwise all transformers are to be new, of the latest make and model manufactured and will include all basic equipment required for the proper operation of the transformer requested. All transformers are to be high-side rated 13,200 volts for use on a 22,860/13,200 volt system. Delivery Time will also factor into the award. All bids/quotes are to be submitted on this form only, vendor forms may be sent in addition to this form.
All submissions from companies that have never conducted business with the Town of Wake Forest before, must list three U.S. references with contact names and numbers that are using transformers that are similar to the ones in this bid.
Any orders that are placed from this bid that are over 30 days late may be cancelled by the Town of Wake Forest without penalty. Please list any exceptions to the bid specifications on a separate sheet marked "Exceptions." The Town of Wake Forest reserves the right to add or subtract to the quantities stated in this bid. The Town of Wake Forest reserves the right to reject any or all bids as submitted and to make any such award that is in the best interest of the Town of Wake Forest.
