**As of June 20, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project consists of the Renovation & Addition of the existing MACC building at Chaffey College Rancho with expansion of the first floor of the existing MACC building space along with the addition of approximately 10,000 GSF for new additional dining space and food services space. The Project includes, but is not limited to, new and expanded serving food options, a new café, three new dining rooms, along with new exterior seating and gathering spaces around the building and new landscaping. Prequalification is not required for this project. The DEADLINE to submit requests for interpretation or clarification for responses to be included in the final addendum is 12:00 NOON on May 2, 2024.
