Renovation of a day care center in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.

Remove existing EPDM roof system to steel deck. Also includes removing/disposing of non-operating roof equipment with associated pitch pockets and exterior ductwork. Patch roof deck and wall ductwork holes with metal. Remove all skylights (if applicable). 2. Provide fully tapered lsocyanurate insulation (5.5" minimum, 1 /4" slope, 20psi), , mechanically fastened with corrosion resistant screws and galvanized plates, directly to the entire metal deck substrate. 3. Provide a 60mil black non-reinforced EPDM fully adhered roof system with a manufacturer's 15-year warranty. 4. Provide new EPDM membrane flashing. Flash all penetrations, HVAC curbs, vent curbs, and drains to EPDM manufacturers latest written specs. 5. Provide new .040 Kynar aluminum gravel stops, scuppers and collector boxes where they exist (in any 2-coat standard color). Includes short extensions into existing downspouts if necessary. 6. replaced fascia and soffit with new Azek composite. 7. Install new edge metal to the outside perimeter of the roof. Install new gutter system with new (7" commercial) seamless aluminum gutters, downspouts, and accessories. 8. Replace sleepers at AC units and associated piping. 9. Any test holes and patching will be done by contractor. 10. Remove and replace all roof drains and covers with new. 11. ensure the roof is properly pitched to all drains and covers. 12. Remove and replace all sleepers with rubber sleepers for piping to equipment. 13. All piping across the roof will be painted. gas lines will be (yellow) all other piping will be (Gray)
