Contract extensions are subject to mutual agreement between the contractor and the City 30 days prior to contract expiration of each year. The projects will consist of but not limited to the installation, removal, trouble shooting and repairing of the following items (in accordance with the Michigan Plumbing & Michigan Mechanical Code): HVAC equipment Fire Protection Systems Dry and Wet Systems Seasonal Maintenance coil cleaning Seasonal Maintenance - blow-out outdoor underground systems Duct and Piping Insulation Natural Gas piping Clean out and auger clogged drains Repair and or Replace Plumbing Fixtures Repair and or Replace water and sewer piping Line locating services Camera of plumbing pipes Afterhours Services Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required - License Required - Local Service Required - Onsite Maintenance Required - Prevailing Wage Required The City reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any and all proposals and to make the award in the best interest of the city.
