Scope of Work including but not limited to: The District is using a California Multiple Award Schedule to pre purchase the HVAC units as shown on the Mechanical schedule. Awarded contractor to provide storage location for units until replacement is slated for summer break. Contractor to deliver the units to the corresponding sites upon installation. Contract to remove existing units and install new units per the plans and specifications.
