The City of Conway is seeking qualified design professionals to complete the design and contract documents for the city's Connect Conway shared-use trail system that encompasses approximately 15 miles of 12' wide shared-use greenway trail, 12' side path, 12' cycle track and sidewalks throughout the city of Conway, Arkansas, and includes the development of trailheads for the system including the Little Creek Plaza trailhead and park. Design work will include surveying, right of way purchase assistance, environmental review assessment, trail system engineering design, landscape design, and architectural design for trail system amenities. The design of the project will be divided into four (4) separate sections: Segment 1 - East of I-40 (excluding Little Creek Plaza) Segment 2 - East of Conway Blvd. and West of I-40 Segment 3 - West of Conway Blvd. Segment 4 - Little Creek Plaza The City of Conway supports equal opportunity, therefore DBE/MBE/WBE owned business enterprises are encouraged to participate. The Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and other Federal Regulations shall apply to this project.
