Prior to the bid opening, if an equivalent item is included in the bid, provide a sample for review by the Dalton Parks and Recreation Department (DPRD) to determine its quality and suitability. 4. Include the turnaround time from the date the item is ordered to the anticipated delivery date in your bid. 5. Please furnish the cost of a single item, and if applicable, delineate any pricing tiers for varying quantities. For instance, if purchasing 10 football helmets, specify the price per item, such as a reduction from $120 to $118. 6. All-inclusive proposal prices are expected to encompass all associated expenses, including but not limited to shipping, handling, insurance, and any additional charges.
