Consideration will be given for past performance with CCS and local / GA vendors. CCS is applying for funding for this project through the E-Rate system. Please include E-Rate projects in your references. All projects may commence after April 1st2024 after E-Rate funding is approved and funded. All work must be complete by September 30, 2025. This project is contingent upon USAC / E-Rate approval and funding. Quantity of items may be altered at CCS discretion to fit approved USAC budget. All vendors must include SPIN numbers in the proposal and agree to work within the E-Rate framework and requirements. All vendors must agree to accept funding directly from USAC for the reimbursable percentage. CSS will only pay non-reimbursable amounts to the vendor. All work during installation is subject to inspection by the owner or their representative. Any questions concerning these specifications should be clarified prior to submitting bids. Any changes to these specifications would require written approval of the owner Camden County Schools reserves the right in its sole and complete discretion to waive technicalities and informalities and reserves the right to reject all bids.
