Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Existing (Eaton) UPS has reached the end of its expected life and is recommended to be replaced. Due to the critical area that this UPS is supporting replacing the entire system (instead of just the batteries) is recommended. Failure of this system would have an impact on power filtration of critical infrastructure and would lose its backup. Any Power failure will put the DND Data Centre in a Threat Posture. TIMELINE: An RFP for engineering consultants closed & resulted in no award. Coverage has been discontinued.
