All materials and work shall conform to the Standard Specifications, Construction and Materials, NYS Department of Transportation dated January 1, 2024 or as amended to date with the EXCEPTION: THE USE OF RECYCLED MATERIALS SHALL BE PROHIBITED AS PART OF THIS CONTRACT.
