The Provider must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete all work to the Authority's quality standards. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Woman and Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (W/MBE) companies are encouraged to submit a bid. Each bidder must examine these solicitation documents in their entirety including any addenda issued pursuant to this RFB, and must judge for itself all matters relating to the adequacy and accuracy of such documents.
