Lee County Port Authority (Authority) invites the submission of bids from interested and qualified individuals, corporations, partnerships and other legal entities authorized to do business in the state of Florida to perform all landscape maintenance services necessary to ensure consistent well-manicured entrances to the Page Field Airport. The Provider must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete all work to the Authority's quality standards. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Woman and Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (W/MBE) companies are encouraged to submit a bid. Questions Deadline: 2/15/2024 05:00 PM (ET) Except during a scheduled pre-bid meeting, the Authority will not respond to oral inquiries concerning this RFB. Each bidder must examine these solicitation documents in their entirety including any addenda issued pursuant to this RFB, and must judge for itself all matters relating to the adequacy and accuracy of such documents. Inquiries, suggestions, or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to the RFB must be made in writing and sent to the designated procurement agent before the expiration of the Questions and Clarification Period. The Authority may not respond to inquiries made after the expiration of the Questions and Clarification Period. No interpretation of the meaning of any part of the solicitation documents or drawings will be binding if made to any bidder orally by the Authority or representative of the Authority. Potential bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. The site visit will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting. Hard copy or bids sent electronically and directly to the Authority will not be accepted. Faxed bids will not be accepted. All submitted documents must be PDF/A compliant. PDF/A documents have embedded fonts and do not reference external files. If applicable, layers must not be preserved from CADD drawings. Scanned documents must be created as a PDF/A compliant, made text searchable, and have minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Bids will be electronically unsealed and read publicly at the due date and time set for electronic bid submission.
