This project consists of design, supply, and installation of one 51.726 m o/o steel girder superstructure with composite concrete deck on spread footing foundation on Bush River Forest Service Road. Service will include loading, transportation and placement of rip rap and completion of all new bridge approach works at 10.7 km on the Bush River Forest Service Road The works are to include but are not limited to: Design and Supply of the new substructure, new superstructure and all associated materials. Install new N3-021A bridge in accordance with Ministry of Forests Drawing Set 2660-09 N3-021A Blackwater Creek, including pages 100-113 and 120-137. Load, haul and placement of approach fills to design grade in accordance with the General Arrangement drawings Ministry of Forests Drawing Set 2660-09 N3-021A Blackwater Creek Load, haul and placement of 400 m3 (placed volume) of rip rap as specified in Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations Drawing Set 2660-09 N3-021A Blackwater Creek Completion of associated road works on the mainline and spur road in accordance with Ministry General Arrangement drawings Ministry of Forests Drawing Set 2660-09 N3-021A Blackwater Creek, including pages 100-113 and 120-137. Exclusion of Precast Concrete Lock Block retaining wall works shown in General Arrangement drawings Ministry of Forests Drawing Set 2660-09 N3-021A Blackwater Creek.
