Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the construction of a new headworks building with a headwork screen and rerouting the influent and effluent lines to meet new grade and alignment requirements for the screen. The Project also consists of bid additives; aerator, evaporators, 865' of open trench 8" sewer line replacement, and 374' of 8"sewer line pipe burst. The City will elect which if any additives are included. Each Bid must be submitted in the prescribed manner and accompanied by a corporate bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Ashton in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of not less than 100% of the contract price. The City of Ashton reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the Bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Ashton.
