Renovation of a detention facility in Swanton, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Contractors are invited to bid on the Northwest State Correctional Facility (NWSCF) Roof Replacement for Buildings and General Services at 3649 Lower Newton Road in St. Albans, Vermont This project consists of, but is not limited to: Remove existing roofing, insulation, and other parts of existing roof assembly down to structural deck where indicated on plans. Replace with new insulation and roofing as detailed in drawings. Remove and re-install razor wire as required to perform roof replacement. Coordinate all work with Department of Corrections (DOC) to ensure facility safety and security at all times.
