Work performed: 1. Weekly mowing, trimming and blowing (35 weeks) 2. Weekly trash pickup before mowing in mowing areas 3. Lawn cuttings along First Avenue in front of the building shall be bagged. 4. Spring cleanup in landscaped areas 5. Spring cutting of ornamental grasses 6. Horticultural pruning twice yearly 7. Weed control in landscape beds and walks 8. Application of Organic-Based fertilizer and weed control as needed to maintain the lawn 9. Application of 12 yards dyed hardwood mulch around trees and as needed in landscaping areas where permanent mulch does not exist. 10. Fall Clean up 11. Weekly storm drain check to insure drains are clear of debris. The submitted proposal will be for a two year period beginning March 1, 2024and ending February 28, 2026. Proposals should also include pricing for a 3rd year of service option, the exercise of which is at the sole discretion of the College.
