UNICOR intends to enter into a firm fixed price award for 20 water source heat pumps and installation in offices throughout UNICOR office building in Washington, DC. The soliciation number is SV0151-24 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote. Offerors are advised that the government intends to evalutate offers on a single award basis. Offerors shall submit signed SF1449, proposed specifications, lead time/down time/install time, and business mgmt questionnairre. . References must be for same or similar items, and for the same scope of solicitation. All Offerors must register on www.sam.gov All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: past performance, technical / specs. factors, and price. No phones calls will be accepted. Solicitation, Business Mgmt Questionnairre, and Wage Determination will all be included in the SV0151-.24 document uploaded to SAM.gov.
