Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wellington, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.

As of February 27, 2024, a construction manager has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline has not yet been released. Scope of work includes: Test storm drainage system at pavilion to confirm proper drainage; Replace gutters and downspouts at pavilion and connect downspouts to existing storm drainage system; Repair and replace structural members at pavilion per structural drawings and architectural drawings; Remove and reinstall existing roof panels as required; Clean, prepare, and paint existing pavilion structure and roofing panels; Install underground PVC drainage and concrete drainage outlet, connect to existing downspouts at modular units 1-6, 13-21 and 22-25; Remove existing gutters and downspouts at modular units; Install new gutter and downspout at modular units; Install underground PVC drainage and concrete drainage outlet, connect to new downspout at modular units; Provide compacted fill at any concrete stoops that have been undermined at modular units; Prepare and install artificial turf at modulars; Replace electrical fixtures with new similar fixtures Participation by small businesses and minority firms are strongly encouraged. The established minimum SBE sub-contractor participation goal for this project is 25% for SBE owned firms certified by the School District.
