Renovation of a residential development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 30 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned and all materials secured at the end of each work day. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of window installation, before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent. March 08th, 2024 is final deadline for all completion of this project. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Electrical requirements: ** Option A- (Exposed Pipe)** 1. 1900 boxes throughout the home 2. Install 1/2 " EMT- for 1900 boxes. 3. Wire pull and splice circuits- no device installs. 4. Dedicated 220volt outlets to accommodate in wall sleeve A/C's and window units. 5. Single round box centered to bedroom fed from switch. 6. 1st floor- hallway 2 boxes 4" round ceiling 7. 1st floor entrance foyer-1 single round box centered. 8. 1st floor Living Room- 2 round boxes (offset) 9. 2nd floor hallway 4 round boxes 1 centered short hallway, 2 offset long hallway, 1 centered short hallway (by back bedroom) 10.All bathrooms to have cloth wire and boxes removed and replaced with new bx wiring and boxes in existing locations. 11.Run feed to all bathroom's ceilings and walls. 12.Run feed to kitchen for lights, and outlets for dedicated circuits (Dishwasher-Countertops both sides) 20Amp 13.Split feeds for bedrooms 2 bedrooms per circuit 20amp breakers 14.Split feeds for lighting- Bedrooms, back bedroom, 1st bedroom in hallway, hallway lights, 1 circuit 20 amp. Any vendor questions not asked during the site visit must be submitted in writing to: Brooklyn.CMM.Bids@opwdd.ny.gov (within two business days of the site visit: February 7, 2024. Both questions and answers (if any) will be provided to all who attend the site visit via email by: February 9, 2024.
