Site work for a mixed-use development in Newton, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals for the replacement of the Fischer Field Artificial Turf, includes construction in the form of: removal of existing turf, regrading of subgrade, repair of drainage system, and supplying and replacement of artificial turf. No proposal may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days from the scheduled closing time for receipt of such. The City of Newton, Kansas reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities therein. The proposal that best fits the needs of the project in the opinion of the agency will be selected. Bid date description: Each PROPOSAL must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to City of Newton, Kansas at 201 E 6, Newton, Kansas 67114. Each sealed envelope containing a PROPOSAL must be plainly marked on the outside as Proposal for Fischer Field Artificial Turf and the envelope should bear on the outside the name of the BIDDER, their address, their license number if applicable and the name of the project for which the PROPOSAL is submitted.
