Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Meridian, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Board of Trustees of West Ada School District is requesting bids for the Rehabilitation of the Parking Lot at Rocky Mountain High School. Questions regarding this bid must be submitted through the Vendor Discussions tab on the online app. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered and no proposer may withdraw his/her bid after the deadline or before award unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. Each proposal exceeding $50,000 must be accompanied by a bid bond with a surety company licensed to do business in Idaho or a certified/cashier's check drawn on an Idaho Bank in an amount not less than five per cent (5%) of the total proposal, made payable to West Ada School District. Bidders shall be licensed in the State of Idaho, in accordance with provisions of an act known as "Public Works Contractor's State License Law, Title 54, Chapter 19, Idaho Code Amended." The Board of Trustees of Joint School District No. 2 reserves the right to disregard all non-conforming, nonresponsive or conditional bids, to waive any minor informality/irregularity, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid or bids it deems best.
