Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a detention facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
In general, the work consists of: the replacement of brick pavers with concrete sidewalk, the replacement of 36 damaged concrete flatwork with new concrete, and the placement of new concrete flatwork within non-paved areas. All bids received from contractors who are not certified will be rejected. These changes take effect January 1, 2014
