Description of Work: the Work Consists of Removal and Replacement of Selected Sidewalks at Locations Throughout the Town of Munster, Proper Disposal of All Excavated Material, Safety Barricading, and All Restoration Completion Date: Construction Work Shall Be Started by June 15, 2024 and Substantially Completed Within Forty-five (45) Days of the Start of Construction. No Bidder May Withdraw His Proposal for a Period of 60 Days Following the Date Set for Receiving Bids. Bidders Shall Be Properly and Completely Executed on Bid Forms Contained in the Contract Documents. All Contractors and Subcontractors Listed in Each Bid Must Be Properly Licensed in the Town of Munster as a Condition of Being Awarded the Project.
