Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Celina, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of March 29, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Scope of Work of the Contract includes: 1. Grading of streets and lots for a 243-lot subdivision. 2. Site prep: including clearing and grubbing of approximately 67.5 acres 3. Grading of 243-lot pads including moisture conditioning (231 at 10 ft. deep and 12 at 7 ft. deep per Geotech.) 4. Approximately 133,000 CY of Excavation. 5. Final grading of 243-lot pads. Instruction to Bidders and other bid documents will be available for review at the office of the Engineer and will be provided electronically to prospective bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects. In case of the lack of clarity or ambiguity in prices, the Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous or reject the bid. All bids received after the closing time designated above will be returned unopened. QA Expiration Date 2/13/2024 5:50:00 PM CST
